OUR APPROACH

A typical project is carried out in two key stages:

1. Design Phase

This stage includes the creation of full drawings and specifications, along with securing planning permission, building control approval, and any other statutory consents required. These may include party wall agreements, Thames Water notifications, structural engineering input, and more. We manage all documentation and permissions right up to the start of on-site construction. Our work is supported by advanced computer-aided design (CAD) software, including 3D visualisations.

2. Construction Phase

This involves the preparation of tender documents and the selection of a suitable building contractor. We oversee all site works through to completion and handover. Prior to commencement, the builder must provide a realistic work programme and payment schedule. Our service includes interim valuations and advice on what to pay and when, ensuring transparency and control throughout the process.
